Economic responsibility

We are responsible to the shareholders by conducting our business in a way that secures profitability. Since the company is owned by a foundation, the profit that goes back to our owners is reinvested in research and education, for the benefits of the whole of our industry.

Social and ethical responsibility

Caring for the community means being an honest, reliable, responsible citizen, partner and employer. As we believe in long term relationships, we need to gain our clients’, partners’ and employees’  trust, therefore maintaining high integrity is vital to us.

At SSPA, we are depending on the uniqueness of our employees. We believe in caring for everyone of our staff, providing safe working conditions and a climate that encourages every employee to reach his or her full potential.

We provide health check-ups, health allowances, parental leave compensation and continuous competence development of different kinds.
